I dream about the two of them sometimes
Peggy Sue was telling Buddy
That she was down for whatever
But when they got down to it
Some of the stuff he tried
Seemed pretty far-out to Peggy
But for a reason Peggy was unable to articulate
She went along with it anyway
I don't remember most of my dreams
